Casual Sunday

Spent a wonderful day in West Village present-shopping and ended the day with a great dinner in Meatpacking.

I cannot believe that 2014 is almost over!!! Time flies by so fast.

Spirit

Next week is last week of school before Christmas break!!! I am so excited to go back home and see my family and friends:)
But first, this next week is going to be hectic, final exams and papers are due in a couple of days...

I have been getting into the Christmas Spirit this week, listening to cozy music and watching classic Christmas movies. A couple of days ago we even had snow here in New York, it was magical!! It´s all gone now though... I will keep my fingers crossed for more snow this week!

Okay, there haven't been a lot of time for pictures and blogging, but there has been time for schoolwork and fun stuff. I have been extremely busy, but I have had a lot of fun. Last weekend I turned 21, and had an amazing birthday weekend! I had family and friends from Norway visiting me and made my day(weekend meheh) so much fun!!! (I have amazing family and friends<3)

Just found this Australian Artist Steve Salo, and I think his art is great. 

I love how the faces in many of his paintings (including this one) is blurry and you all you can do is capture the emotion of the colors.

...for Mondays... I´ve never really liked them, but now: I love them. I´m off school, which means that I can do whatever I want, and it is fabulous. Today, I went window shopping at Barneys with my roommate. And oh My (!!!), there is so much I want, SO MUCH. But there was this one pair of heels that I cannot get out of my head, a pair of Aquazzura Sexy Fringe Booties to be exact, I´ll post a picture of them later.

Okey, so this restaurant I was talking about, Serafina, it serves amazing drinks aswell as pizza. I had this Strawberry Basil Martini, and I´m telling you: IT WAS SO SO GOOD. It is spicy and (very) tasteful, and that is definitely my kind of drink.

Had dinner and drinks in Meatpacking with my roomie today, wearing all black(as usual...).
We had my favorite pizza at Serafina(if you're ever in New York you should try it!!!) and drinks to go with it, so damn good.

Ha ha, this picture sums up how I feel about been back in New York, it´s a great great feeling (Brings out The no-eyes-lots-of-teeth-smile). It almost feel unreal. Now that we are settling in in the new apartment (finally), starting school and meeting new, exciting people, this is real and it is going to be like this for three years. Gosh, I'm excited. And as you can see on the picture, HAPPY.

Fall is finally here and I am thrilled. I love fall, everything about it, its my absolute favorite season. Its chilly, but not cold, you (I...) can finally wear all the big scarfs, chunky knits and coats. Ah, just wonderful. And it doesn't get better then fall in The City, especially Soho, it´s gorgeous.

First Day

WE FINALLY GOT AN APARTMENT!!! 

And today was the first day of school, really exciting! Its been a long day, and I am happy to be going home, but this is going to be so much fun.

Okay, so you know those days(read: weeks), when everything in your closet feels old and ugh? I´m having one of those those weeks now. It might have something to do with New York and all the beautiful beautiful clothes, I don't know, but I'm a student now(read: got no money) so I have to make the best of what I got.
