This picture says more than thousand words. I am oh so happy, and I have had a great couple of weeks since I got back to New York.

This City

Earlier today I decided to go for a walk, and walking through East River Park I realized how lucky I am. My view (then and every day..) was/is so beautiful and this city is amazing, just amazing. And gosh am I thankful for being able to live here. Jeez.

Staying in

Got the news this morning, it´s SNOWDAY!!! School´s out, both this evening and all day tomorrow. It is supposedly a snow storm coming tonight. Soo earlier today we went to the grocery store to stack up on the necessities, hot chocolate being one of them :)

Spirit

Next week is last week of school before Christmas break!!! I am so excited to go back home and see my family and friends:)
But first, this next week is going to be hectic, final exams and papers are due in a couple of days...

I have been getting into the Christmas Spirit this week, listening to cozy music and watching classic Christmas movies. A couple of days ago we even had snow here in New York, it was magical!! It´s all gone now though... I will keep my fingers crossed for more snow this week!

Birthdayweekend

Okay, there haven't been a lot of time for pictures and blogging, but there has been time for schoolwork and fun stuff. I have been extremely busy, but I have had a lot of fun. Last weekend I turned 21, and had an amazing birthday weekend! I had family and friends from Norway visiting me and made my day(weekend meheh) so much fun!!! (I have amazing family and friends<3)

The Basil Martini

Okey, so this restaurant I was talking about, Serafina, it serves amazing drinks aswell as pizza. I had this Strawberry Basil Martini, and I´m telling you: IT WAS SO SO GOOD. It is spicy and (very) tasteful, and that is definitely my kind of drink.

Meatpacking Sunday

Had dinner and drinks in Meatpacking with my roomie today, wearing all black(as usual...).
We had my favorite pizza at Serafina(if you're ever in New York you should try it!!!) and drinks to go with it, so damn good.

Ha ha, this picture sums up how I feel about been back in New York, it´s a great great feeling (Brings out The no-eyes-lots-of-teeth-smile). It almost feel unreal. Now that we are settling in in the new apartment (finally), starting school and meeting new, exciting people, this is real and it is going to be like this for three years. Gosh, I'm excited. And as you can see on the picture, HAPPY.
